The return policy of BigPassport is as follows: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. BigPassport will issue a 75% refund of the cost of the product (25% shall be charged as Order Processing & Shipment charges). Returns made without notice shall not qualify for a refund.

A product purchased from BigPassport is eligible for return within the return period of 7 days if it fulfills any of the following conditions: 1. Product delivered is different from what was ordered 2. Product was received in a physically damaged condition or was found defective when the package was opened. 3. Customer responsibilities for return include bearing the shipping costs while returning the products.
